The Sponsor has chosen the following sponsorship package:

  PLATINUM PACKAGE ($1,000)

Sponsor receives:

1. Field naming rights which includes one sign on our game fields

2.Your company name will be placed on the back of all team players game shirts for one year.

3.Advertisement on home and other pages of YAKS web site with a link to your web site

4. Company name on Sponsorship board

5. Plaque and letter from league with acknowledgment of our appreciation

  GOLD PACKAGE ($300)

Sponsor receives:

1.Your company name will be placed on the back of all team players game shirts for one year.

2. Company name on Sponsorship board at YAKS game fields

3.Advertisement on home and other pages of YAKS web site with a link to your web site

4. Name on Goal (1st 16 Sponsors)

4. Plaque and letter from league with acknowledgment of our appreciation

  SILVER PACKAGE ($250)

 Sponsor receives:

1. Company name on Sponsorship board at YAKS game fields

2. Advertisement on home and other pages of YAKS web site with a link to your web site

3. Letter from league with acknowledgment of our appreciation

  BRONZE PACKAGE ($100)

 Sponsor receives:

1. Advertisement on home and other pages of YAKS web site with a link to your web site

2. Letter from league with acknowledgment of our appreciation

 The SPONSOR agrees to pay the amount of the sponsorship to YAKS within 30 days of signature of this agreement. The official sponsorship starts on September 1, 2009 and runs through June 30 31, 2010, at which point the SPONSOR can choose to renew or cancel sponsorship for the upcoming season.

 SPONSOR will be contacted directly by a YAKS representative to arrange company name for Sponsorship sign.

 YAKS reserve the right to refuse to accept sponsorship that may be deemed inappropriate for a family-friendly environment.

 The SPONSOR will in no way be held liable for any actions filed against YAKS by a third party. The SPONSOR is only responsible for the amount of the sponsorship and no additional funds unless agreed to under a separate document.
